Sets the number of partitions for each dimension of the pwas function domain

Method of pwas object.
Description
This method allows to set a uniform simplicial partition, by indicating the number of subdivisions per dimension.
Syntax
object = setNumberOfPartitions(object,np)
np is an array whose i-th element is the number of partitions along the i-th dimension of the domain.
