Generates a test file with inputs for the circuit.

Syntax
writeInputFile(object, A, B, samples)
Generate the input file to simulate the circuit implementation of an approximated explicit MPC. The file contains 'samples' points uniformly distributed over the domain and is stored in the folder 'save'.
- A, B: matrices defining the domain transformation
- samples: number of sampling points for each dimension of the input
