LOAD TEST OUTPUT
Method of the pwar object.
Loads the output of VHDL simulation and rescales values to original co-domain.

Syntax
f_test = loadTestOutput(object)
f_test = loadTestOutput(object, filename, alpha)
Optionally, the file to be loaded can be stated in filename and the scaling parameter to use in alpha, if not stated the function defaults to the information in the synthesisInfo property of the object.
