GET CLOSED LOOP
Gives a pwag function of the pwar function in closed loop with a plant model.

Syntax
fpwaCL = getClosedLoop(fpwar, plant)
where fpwar should be a pwar function and plant should be an 'ss' model.
fpwaCL = getClosedLoop(fpwar, A, B)
where fpwar should be a pwar function and A and B are the plant matrices.
