Writes the VHDL code implementing block FSM in pwag circuit

Private method of pwag object.
Description
This function opens the VHDL file describing block FSM, locaded in the default vhdl folder for MOBY-DIC toolbox, retrieves the lines "--- BEGIN MATLABGEN ---" and writes the VHDL code below them.
Syntax
writeFSM(architecture,state,memsize,nfun,folder)
