Method of constraints object.
Description
This method returns the number of constraints involving uniquely the parameters, at a given time instant. If the time instant is not provided, the number of constraints for each time instant within the time horizon is returned.
Syntax
ncp = getNumberOfParameterConstraints(object,[instant])
Returns the number of constraints involving uniquely the parameters, at a given time instant (from 0 to N). If the time instant is not provided, the number of constraints for each time instant within the time horizon is returned.
