I was born in Genoa, Italy, on July 10, 1985.

I received my Laurea degree in Bioengineering from the University of Genoa, Italy, in October 2011.

My main research interests are in the area of nonlinear fluid-dynamical systems, with emphasis on:

• Modeling of blood flow circulation
